Contemporary Talents

Deadline 15th December 2015 Participants The competition is open to artists of all nationalities and all ages. Description The competition is organised by the François Schneider Foundation. This competition is open in the following six disciplines: painting, drawing, sculpture, installation, photography and video. Artists are invited to submit their offerings on the water theme, realistic or utopian, figurative or abstract, whilst offering a singular and sensitive viewpoint on this theme. In the installation and sculpture disciplines, the artists have the possibility of presenting either existing works or projects. For the other four disciplines, only existing works may be submitted. Entry fees There are no entry fees. Prizes The International Panel of Judges will choose: • the 6 prize-winners in the “Contemporary Talents” who will each receive 20,000 € for the acquisition of their work; • the winner of the “Water Talent” award.
